How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing an order, please allow up to 3 business days for your items to ship from our NYC design studio. Once shipped, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for UPS to deliver your order. Answers to additional shipping questions may be found here.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer limited international shipping. Due to IATA restrictions around safety matches, we are unable to ship our matchboxes outside of USA and Canada. If interested in arranging an international shipment of our U Candles, please contact us.
What's your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly process your return. Details regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be found here.
Do you sell in any stores?
Yes, please check out our stockists page.
Do you sustainably source?
Yes, all of our materials are sustainably sourced. We partner with small, family-owned American beekeepers and lumberyards who work with responsibly managed forests. We are mindful of the materials we choose to use in our products, and the lasting impact they have on our environment and health. We keep everything as local and as natural as possible.
Where are you based?
New York City. Our studio is located within Brooklyn Art Studios at 276 Greenpoint Ave.
Where are your products made?
All of our candles are handpoured at our studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. For our matchboxes, we collaborate with a small, family-owned wood shop in upstate New York to assist with wood milling, cutting, and assembly. We do all wood finishing by hand at our Brooklyn studio.

Why were Glaze's 3" and 8" matchbox models discontinued?
In March of 2022, we made the decision to archive our 3" and 8" matchbox models and consolidated our assortment to one 5.5" model. This allowed us to clean up inefficiencies at our studio, and to focus on growing other aspects of our business.
If you own one of our 3" or 8" models hand signed by Akeem Pierre Glaze, we thank you for being an early adopter. We hope these archived matchboxes will remain treasured forever pieces in your home.
Match refills are still available for our customers with these archived models.
