RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Customer satisfaction is glaze’s top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, glaze will gladly process your return. glaze accepts returns on unused merchandise purchased through glaze's online shop. Please contact glaze within 7 days of delivery if you would like to make a return. A full refund will be issued once glaze receives the unused merchandise. If the merchandise is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. glaze does not accept returns on customized merchandise.
If you would like to exchange your unused merchandise for a different style, please send your merchandise back to glaze within 7 days of delivery in its original condition. Customers are responsible for any difference in value of the exchanged merchandise. If the exchanged merchandise is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. glaze does not accept exchanges on customized product.
